A new survey of 606 US consumers from independent research firm GfK shows that 60% have used a branded prepaid card. Users from different age and income groups expressed satisfaction with their experience at roughly 70% and consumers with annual incomes greater than $75,000 have adopted prepaid cards at similar levels to lower income and traditionally underserved groups.
